Of course we want you to be ecstatic with your Gypsy Jewels leather products! And we stand behind the quality of every item we make. Please let us know if something does not meet your expectations.
Returns are accepted on non-custom items only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, free of hair and fur, and in the same condition in which you received it.
Returns must be received within 30 days of original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges
We cannot accept returns after 30 days
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.
Since we are a small, independent business, customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return shipping. Thank you for understanding.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer Exchanges. If you need a different sized item please follow the process above and make a return and repurchase the item in the correct size.
